Shit. I thought I was ready to go for a backward roll. I really wasn't. There was a sideways movement but i don't think i got the full way over. I crashed into a filing cabinet, bruised my shoulder and grazed my face. There will be swelling. I really thought I was prepared for it. I don't think I will be advancing to the next stage of cart wheeling for sometime yet. Gutted.
